Selection of products
To purchase via viphone e-shop, simply click a selected item from a group product for selected items which you have an interest in, e.g. credit, IP phones. The product offer will be displayed, for detailed information click on the selected item. Here you can find the product description and read further information.
Registration
Registration is not necessary when purchasing on viphone e-shop. However, if you decide to register you have the possibility to monitor your order status and for subsequent orders you do not need to re-type your data again.
If you are new to viphone, then please click “new registration” on the right side of the menu. The window with registration fields will open, and the items marked with an exclamation mark are obligatory for a successful registration.
After entering all necessary information, press the “Send” button. If you entered any information incorrectly, or if you did not complete the obligatory fields, you will return back to the registration page in order to correct your data. If everything is entered correctly then a successful registration page will appear. During your next visit, you will only need to enter your user name and password for login.
Shopping cart
You can add items into your shopping cart by clicking on an icon. It is possible to do this with a list of products in each section, or in the details for selected products, you can enter by clicking on the respective item. Immediately after selecting products into your basket, the contents will be displayed. It is possible to edit the number of items for each product. If you wish to delete an item from the basket, enter “0” into the field “Quantity”. The total price is only the sum of prices for all items in the basket. You will see the total price, before the obligatory sending and confirming of the order. To select any further items you wish to purchase, click on “continue shopping”.
If you are not logged in and you have already registered, please do so. You can have products appear in your shopping basket from the previous shopping which was not completed. These products will automatically appear in the basket after login.
Ordering products
If you have already registered, click on the shopping basket and the “ORDER” button.
If you wish to order products without registration, click on the button “ORDER WITHOUT REGISTRATION”.
In the upper part of this window there is a list of selected items, including calculation of price. Complete or edit data about the account purchaser and recipient. All data marked with an exclamation mark is obligatory and must be entered. Also select the manner of delivery and payment. Once you have entered all data, click on the “Send” button. Please check on the next page all data was entered correctly, and confirm the order by clicking on the “Send” button once again.
If you are registered, you can monitor the status of orders by clicking on “Orders” in the client menu.
Delivery methods
The following methods of delivery are available:
1. Czech Post / PPL courier service
A forwarding service will deliver the products to the stated address.
If you are not present at the stated address, you can pick up ordered products at your local post office.
2. Receive personally / Personal receipt
You can collect your selected products personally at the address of our company, Unient Communications (Šafránkova 1243/3, 155 00 Praha 5).
Methods of payment
It is possible to pay for products by the following payment methods:
1. Cash-on-delivery
Select this possibility only for delivery by Czech Post or PPL. You will pay upon delivery of the ordered products.
2. Bank transfer
After completing and sending the order, transfer the respective amount into the bank account of Unient Communications. Always indicate the variable symbol of your order (it is indicated, e.g. on the page for monitoring of orders). Immediately after receipt of the payment in our account, we will ship you ordered items.
3. Cash
Choose this option only if you selected ‘personal receipt’ as a delivery method. You can pay for products during their personal pick up.
